Operations Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore is a newly formed unit where all the commercial units across GBS have come together. It currently supports International Marketing Commercial, Medical Affairs Operations, Commercial Analytics, Omnichannel Operations, Communications, Supply Chain and Sustainability for Headquarters in Denmark, Region Europe, North America, International Operations Global Service Centre Bangalore.

Commercial Analytics, part of Operations GBS, was founded in June 2013 with the vision of establishing a team of dedicated analytics professionals to provide best-in-class analytical services and insights to the global organization. As a Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Deliver accurate pricing information, reports, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end pricing processes, including validation, dashboards, and business cases.
• Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate pharmaceutical pricing data and generate clear reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic pricing projects and address operational challenges.
• Mentor and train analysts, supporting team development and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Master s Degree (preferably within quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognized institute
• Requires 4 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on Pharma Pricing and Market Access

• Strategic Analytical Expertise

  Skilled in analysing complex business problems, synthesizing data-driven insights, and developing effective analysis plans.

• Collaboration Communication

  Strong ability to work with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and project teams to achieve business objectives.

• Technical Proficiency

  Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic VBA; working knowledge of Power BI; experience with IMS MIDAS and SAP is a plus.

• Project Management Relationship Building

  Demonstrates solid project management skills and builds strong relationships to address multidimensional challenges.

• Professionalism Adaptability

  Delivers timely, accurate results while managing ad-hoc tasks and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
