As a leading service-based IT company with over 2500+ successful projects delivered, Mtoag Technologies is seeking a skilled and proactive Post-Sale Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between our sales and technical teams, ensuring a seamless transition from a signed contract to a successful project delivery.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients after a sale is closed. You will be responsible for understanding and documenting project requirements, creating detailed project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Act as the main liaison between the client and the internal development team post-sale.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and project scope. Translate these requirements into clear, comprehensive, and well-documented project specifications.

Project Planning & Management: Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, track tasks, and ensure all team members are aligned with the project goals.

Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between development, UI/UX design, QA, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and bottlenecks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate issues and keep the project on track.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to both the client and internal stakeholders on project status, progress, and any key decisions or challenges.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solution meets all documented requirements and quality standards before final delivery.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope documents, user stories, meeting minutes, and change requests.

Working Conditions & Compensation:

Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Salary: ( Depends on Interview ) Upto 30k
