Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at NCrypted, your primary role will be to analyze, evaluate, and consolidate project requirements to develop solutions that meet our clients" expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective clients and Business Development team members to understand project requirements. - Analyze and summarize business requirements to finalize project scope. - Study various websites and mobile applications to understand requirements from technical and functional perspectives. - Create project documents such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Wireframes, Flowcharts, Use Case diagrams, Statement of Work (SOW), and other necessary documents. - Conduct regular meetings with Business Development team members and Project Managers to discuss requirements and review prepared documents. - Gather critical information from stakeholders during meetings and revise documents accordingly. - Obtain confirmation on documents from clients to proceed with project execution. - Develop strategies to enhance existing business processes based on research to drive company growth. Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech (in IT/CE/CS) /MSc IT/MCA required. MBA with IT background preferred. - English medium/Convent schooling is an advantage. - Solid communication skills are mandatory. - Knowledge of Business Analysis in a software company is advantageous. - 0 to 4 years of experience.
