Job Description:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development teams.

• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis to identify potential solutions.

• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for IT initiatives.

• Work closely with project managers and development teams to prioritize and implement solutions.

• Perform data analysis and recommend data-driven solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and resolve issues.

• Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and training materials.

• Ensure that IT solutions align with business goals and objectives.

• Provide support and training to end users for new applications and systems.

• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks.
