Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be working as a Pre-Sales Business Analyst at Mindtel, focusing on pre-sales engineering and commercial enablement for enterprise customers. Your role will involve partnering with sales to qualify opportunities, crafting technical proposals, and translating customer requirements into viable service offerings. This position is based in India and requires on-site presence to collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with sales to qualify inbound opportunities and convert client needs into clear business and technical requirements. - Author and maintain RFP/RFI responses, solution briefs, functional requirement documents, and Statements of Work (SOW). - Design solution architectures and pricing/commercial models in collaboration with product, engineering, and delivery leads. - Prepare and deliver product demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical presentations tailored to client use-cases. - Analyze customer data and create dashboards/reports to support deal justification and ROI narratives. - Coordinate handoffs to delivery to ensure requirements, assumptions, and acceptance criteria are documented for smooth implementation. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Salesforce - SQL - Microsoft Excel - Power BI - JIRA - Requirement elicitation Preferred: - Tableau - Microsoft Visio - SOW creation Note: This is an on-site position in India; only candidates able to work from office locations will be considered.
