Job Description As a Business Analyst specializing in the Retail and Healthcare domains, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, improving processes, and providing actionable insights. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively, and ensuring alignment of business goals with organizational outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define detailed requirements. - Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process mapping for Retail and Healthcare workflows. - Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate with development and QA teams for successful solution delivery. - Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and sprint planning meetings. - Analyze data trends and create reports for decision-making. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Healthcare domain. Qualifications - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights. - Proficiency in business analysis and developing comprehensive business requirements. - Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting findings. - Experience in evaluating and improving business processes. - Knowledge of Retail and Healthcare domains is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - Proficiency in tools and software associated with business analysis (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence tools). - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.,
