About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Manager with 1 year of consulting experience in the NBFC and Fintech sectors, specifically in business and sales functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, sales processes, and business operations, along with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales and business teams to identify growth opportunities, process bottlenecks, and areas for operational improvementAnalyze sales performance data, customer acquisition funnels, and business metrics to provide actionable insightsPrepare and present business reports, dashboards, and performance tracking sheets Conduct market and competitor analysis to assist in strategic planningLiaise with product and tech teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and implementedMonitor and report on key metrics related to business and sales performance
