Role & responsibilities

Candidate is required to understand the customer lending processes and suggest the possible way to improve the process with the help of our lending products. You will be acting as the conduit between Delivery team and Customer.

Interacting with the clients for the business process.
Assist in developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
Responsible for smooth transitions of new and existing projects.
Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Ensure to conduct a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.
Develop strong customer contacts and client management techniques that help define solutions for customer needs.
Prior Experience in Financial sector specially lending is must.
Ideal customer should have background in credit underwriting
Requires to travel to customer location

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication presentation skills along with interpersonal and influencing skills.
Should have hands-on experience in using MS Office Packages like Excel Word & Powerpoint.
Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision.
