Delivery Manager Lending Solutions We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager Lending Solutions to lead the successful implementation and delivery of our lending software projects. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality lending solutions on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lending processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of lending software solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution, maintaining strong relationships and proactive communication. Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution across all phases of the delivery cycle. Work closely with product, development, business analysis, quality assurance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Conduct regular status reviews, track progress against project milestones, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues. Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, best practices, and governance frameworks. Support configuration, customization, and integration of lending software with client systems. Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards relevant to lending processes. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support solution demonstrations and delivery planning for prospective clients. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 1-2 years focused on lending software or financial services solutions. Strong understanding of lending life cycles, including loan origination, credit processing, loan servicing, and collections. Proven experience in project management and delivery of complex software solutions (preferably SaaS or enterprise software). Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.). Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
