Job Description

Layer Tech Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement Gather and document requirements from stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar preferred Knowledge of IT services or software development lifecycle is a plus Skills:- Agile/Scrum, JIRA and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Show more Show less
