Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to bridge the gap between client needs, user experience, and the design/development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into design-focused solutions that enhance user experience and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, project objectives, and functional requirements.

· Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research to gather insights.

Documentation:

· Create clear and concise documentation such as FSDs, user stories, and process flows.

· Define and maintain product backlogs, feature lists, and wireframe-level documentation.

User-Centered Analysis:

· Translate business needs into user-centric requirements aligned with UX/UI best practices.

· Collaborate closely with the UX team to ensure user journeys and wireframes meet business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Work with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

· Analyze industry trends, user behavior, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital/UX environment.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, wireframes, and user journey mapping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Problem-solving approach.
