Business Analyst

Job Description: We’re hiring a Business Analyst III to join our team and lead complex, high-impact initiatives! As a Business Analyst III, you’ll lead business process analyses, conduct needs assessments, and develop technology solutions that align business objectives with IT tools. You’ll work closely with Operations teams to understand their requirements and continuously share your findings, becoming a key partner in shaping data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead customer requirements analysis and develop functional specifications for internal/external customers. Conduct in-depth data analyses using Python or R, and translate findings into actionable insights. Collaborate regularly with Operations to identify challenges, gather requirements, and communicate results effectively. Develop compelling data storytelling through visualizations and presentations to non-technical stakeholders. Analyze and improve existing systems, leading or executing end-to-end enhancements. Implement AI-driven models to boost operational efficiency and drive business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical data issues. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in similar roles. Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis. Ability to turn complex data into clear and persuasive stories for diverse audiences. Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit. Proficiency in SQL and/or experience with machine learning or AI applications. Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
