Job Description

Skills Required: The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions. The role involves working closely with key stakeholders across various departments to drive strategic initiatives and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC). Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus. Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience with business process design, requirements gathering, and project management. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities a. Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, department heads, and IT teams) to understand business needs and gather functional and nonfunctional requirements. a. Document requirements clearly and concisely, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. b. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams Manage expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Conduct meetings and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity. Project Management Support: Work alongside project managers to ensure that business requirements are well-understood and reflected in the project scope. Assist in creating project timelines, defining deliverables, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Support project testing and deployment activities, ensuring that all deliverables meet the business requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Provide detailed reporting to leadership on project progress, performance metrics, and KPIs. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders
