Business Analyst II

As a Business Systems Analyst at Qualifacts, you will play a crucial role in independently conducting business and systems analysis for small projects and applications. You will lead discovery sessions with project stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure software development aligns with user and business specifications. Your collaborative efforts with business and IT teams will involve documenting mockups, prototypes, use cases, and workflow diagrams to ensure the designed products meet usability and user experience standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct business and systems analysis for small projects and applications - Lead discovery sessions with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements - Work collaboratively with business and IT to document mockups, prototypes, use cases, and workflow diagrams - Consult with project and business stakeholders to develop, document, refine, and communicate business and functional requirements - Provide support to Product Manager/Owners in prioritizing backlogs and writing user stories - Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details - Collaborate with stakeholders to create alignment and purpose from concept to development - Articulate and identify strategic objectives for all assigned projects - Participate in troubleshooting defects within production solutions during post-release support - Collaborate with management and functional teams to ensure software features and functions are documented, tested, and validated Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst working directly with clients, stakeholders, and software engineering teams - Minimum 2 years of experience defining and documenting business and functional solutions - Knowledge of Use Case Modeling, Process flows, and activity diagrams - Experience capturing and eliciting business requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience working across technical and business boundaries to capture business needs Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM IST (Vadodara Office) Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.,
