Business Analyst - Job Description (Onsite) Role Summary:

• The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of portal projects.

• This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality portal solutions that meet business needs.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for portal development projects.

• Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes and design solutions that align with business goals and technical capabilities.

• Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Must have experience in JIRA or confluence or any project management and issue tracking tool.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to ensure the successful implementation of portal solutions.

• Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure the portal meets business requirements and quality standards.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the new portal functionalities.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance portal performance and user experience.

• Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in portal development or a related field.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of portal technologies, web development, and content management systems (CMS).

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
