Business Analyst

You will be joining our Engineering team at Power SMPP team, a product of Hex Wireless Pvt Ltd, as a qualified Business Analyst. In this role, you will lead the engineering and design team to develop and maintain high-quality social & enterprise web/mobile applications while also managing people. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Requirement gathering**: Build a comprehensive understanding of the client's evolving business requirements & priorities, and ensure alignment among the team & stakeholders. - **Prioritisation**: Collaborate with the client to prioritize user stories, epics, and features to keep the team aligned. - **Information radiator**: Create information radiators like story card walls, burn down charts, velocity charts to monitor project health and progress. - **Estimation**: Provide accurate estimations with the team and implement effective ways to estimate stories. - **Agile leadership**: Mentor teammates on agile practices, emphasizing their pragmatic value and ensuring adherence. - **Delivery leadership**: Ensure software quality meets Hex Wireless standards, exceeds client expectations, and adheres to delivery timelines. - **Wearing multiple hats**: Be prepared to take on additional roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Iteration Manager as needed. - **Team engagement**: Address team performance issues constructively and celebrate milestones and successes. - **Business development**: Engage with clients to explore new project opportunities and potential offshoot projects from existing projects. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Worked on at least 2 mid-size or enterprise projects from ideation to final delivery. - Agile expert with a deep understanding of agile practices using the Scrum framework and able to coach teams on their implementation. - Experience working as a Scrum Master and Product Owner. - Conducted discovery sessions with clients in coordination with team members like the Technical Architect and User Experience Designer. - Thorough in gathering client requirements by asking detailed, relevant questions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs.,
