Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. They will coordinate with the ADM Manager and assist in project coordination activities to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with the ADM Manager to support project coordination and execution.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing project documentation including BRD, SRS, and user stories.
• Facilitate communication between clients, business teams, and development teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in requirement review meetings, UAT, and post-implementation support.
• Support in process improvements and contribute to enhancing delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software/IT company.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management practices, and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
