Job Description

Fund Accounting Operations
Perform NAV calculations, capital call/redemption processing, asset valuations, expense accruals, and prepare financial statements and schedules +10 .
Transactional Processing & Reconciliations
Manage daily journal entries (cash/bank), cash flow monitoring, and monthly reconciliation of bank, investments, and cash accounts .
Capital Activity & Partner Statements
Prepare and review capital call/distribution schedules, carried interest, management fees, partner capital activities, and waterfall statement updates .
Stakeholder & Compliance Reporting
Create investor and regulatory reports, liaise with auditors, and ensure compliance with fund documentation and LP agreements (LPAs) +10 .
Process Improvement & System Implementation
Capture and document fund operations workflows, identify automation opportunities, and support new process rollout with finance/IT collaboration.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with fund accountants, portfolio operations, client services, IT, and external parties to resolve issues, ensure timely reporting, and onboard/offboard investors
