Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, systems, and data to provide valuable insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Assist in database design and data modeling
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Support software development life cycle (SDLC) activities
Utilize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Implement automation solutions using VBA or other scripting languages
Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions

Experience

Should be experienced with IT Sales through- Upwork, freelancer, Guru, PPH, Sales Navigator, mails, LinkedIn, marketplace, etc.
Responsible for generating leads, drafting business/project proposals, negotiating with clients, and closing deals with potential customers.
Lead generation through bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Uplers, etc.) Proficiency in data analysis skills and techniques
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
Knowledge of database design principles

Job Type: Full-time
