Job Description

We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (Entry-Level / Associate)

Business Analyst (Entry-Level / Associate)

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
Support ongoing projects through data collection, market research, and process analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, finance, marketing, operations, etc.)
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest areas for optimization
Document business processes and recommend improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
0–2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or data-related roles
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean/PR or valid work permit)
