Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an Expert and Dynamic Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of automotive, CRM, ERP, complex commerce backend dashboards and developer console (like AWS, GCP and Azure console) . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovative strategies and seamless system integrations. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis Strategy: Analyze and document business requirements for automotive, CRM, ERP, and e-commerce domain . Develop business cases for new initiatives and process improvements. Align business objectives with technology solutions. Requirement Gathering Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define functional and non-functional requirements. Create detailed Business Requirement Documents ( BRD ), User Stories, and workflow diagrams. System Implementation Integration: Work closely with engineering, product, design and business teams to implement robust solutions. Ensure smooth integration between CRM, ERP, commerce backend and developer console platforms. Provide insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and operational efficiencies . Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business, technology, and third-party vendors . Present business solutions, impact analysis, and progress updates to leadership. Required Skills Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in automotive, CRM, ERP, or e-commerce domains . Strong expertise in commerce backend dashboards, developer console, API dashboards , rich cockpit interfaces, and workflow automation . Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and commerce platforms. Knowledge of data analysis tools, SQL, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) . Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and product development lifecycle methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with automotive digital ecosystems (DMS, Vehicle CRM, Connected Car platforms). Strong technical background with API integrations, cloud solutions, and automation tools. Prior experience in business intelligence, AI-driven analytics, and digital transformation .
