Job Description: Candidate will have a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a Diploma or Degree, along with 2-4 years of experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies. The primary responsibilities will include assisting in the tender searching and bidding process for EPC projects, particularly in sectors such as solar, solar-powered water schemes, and irrigation schemes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tender Searching and Bidding Process: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential tender opportunities for EPC projects, internationally. Preparation and bid submission in accordance with project requirements and deadlines. 2. Experience with international projects will be advantageous. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, adhering to quality, budget, and timeline constraints. 3. Internet Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in internet research activities and adeptness in using keywords to optimize search results. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. 4. Documentation and Bid Preparation: Assist the team in daily administrative tasks, including documentation management and bid preparation. Ensure all documents are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner. 5. Travel: Be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required for project meetings, site visits, and other related activities. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 2-4 years of experience in EPC companies, preferably in the renewable energy sector. - Familiarity with EPC projects, particularly in solar, solar-powered water schemes, and irrigation schemes. - Strong understanding of the tender searching and bidding process. - Excellent internet research skills and proficiency in using keywords for optimized results. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments. - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
