Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep domain knowledge in Private Banking and Capital Markets, and hands-on exposure to Temenos T24/Transact. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial instruments such as ETDs, FX, MM, Repo, and Derivatives, and will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive product enhancements and implementations.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Private Banking and Treasury functions.

· Act as liaison between functional users and technical teams for T24/Transact implementations or enhancements.

· Analyze existing business processes, suggest improvements, and ensure alignment with core banking systems.

· Work with stakeholders to define functional specifications and prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

· Support configuration, UAT, and training activities.

· Translate financial product behavior into system functionalities for FX, Derivatives, Money Market, Repos, and ETDs.

· Participate in workshops, solutioning discussions, and end-to-end testing cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

· 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain, with specific exposure to Private Banking.

· Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24/Transact modules.

· Strong understanding of financial instruments: FX, ETD, Repo, Derivatives, MM.

· Proficient in documentation (BRD/FRD), gap analysis, and business process mapping.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience working with global banks or Temenos partner firms.

· Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects in private banking.

• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
