What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end data analytics projects: from requirement gathering, data preparation, and modeling to delivering actionable insights.
• Design and implement advanced dashboards and reporting solutions for senior leadership.
• Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring high-quality insights and accuracy.
• Partner with IT/engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure, pipelines, and governance.
• Automate reports, KPIs, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Communicate insights effectively through compelling data storytelling aligned with business strategy.
• Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Technical Skills:

• Expert-level SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Strong command of BI & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Advanced Python or R skills for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data governance.
• Solid grasp of statistical methods, A/B testing, regression, forecasting, and clustering.

Soft Skills:

• Strong business acumen and ability to link data insights to business outcomes.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Experience:

• 35 years in data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that impact business performance.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring junior analysts.
• Domain knowledge in
