Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our Offering Team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of a next-generation digital experience platform for AV, Media, and Digital experience ecosystems
This platform will integrate multiple SaaS applications, cloud services, and enterprise systems to enable seamless content orchestration, device management, and user engagement across digital environments The BA will play a key role in translating business objectives into clear, actionable requirements, features, and user stories that drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle spanning backend, frontend, and cloud-based workflows The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in digital product development, system integrations, and cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of media workflows, AV infrastructure, and digital experience solutions This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative products that power immersive digital experiences Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Market and Customer Insights Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to inform offering strategy Partner with sales, product managers, and solution architects to understand customer use cases, challenges, and pain points Translate customer requirements into business needs and ensure these are reflected in offering definitions and product features Requirements Gathering & Documentation Perform gap analysis between current systems and target state, capturing business, functional, and technical requirements Partner with Offering Managers to define scope, service components, and value proposition Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to guide design and implementation Break down requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria Support definition of pricing models, costing frameworks, and SLAs by collaborating with finance, delivery, and operations teams Collaboration & Delivery Act as liaison between stakeholders, UX/UI, product managers, developers, and QA Ensure requirements are well-understood and validated against business goals Work closely with engineering on cloud-native services, APIs, integrations, and user interface design Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine features for continuous improvement Process & Governance Map the end-to-end lifecycle of offerings (design build launch sustain) Define governance processes, roles, and accountabilities across cross- functional teams (sales, delivery, operations, finance, legal) Monitor adherence to offering standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, revenue, margin, service quality, and customer satisfaction Analyze operational data to recommend improvements and optimizations Provide insights to refine existing offerings or retire underperforming ones Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business priorities and long-term strategy Project & Risk Management Track delivery milestones across cross-functional teams, ensuring commitments are met Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; escalate and facilitate resolution Prepare and present status updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps Agile Practices Guide and coach the team on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices Support backlog prioritization and facilitate workshops to align business and technical goals Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and transparency across teams Required Qualifications of the Business Analyst Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product development within Agile environments Agile certifications (eg CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, Leading SAFe) preferred ITIL certification is a plus Required Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SCRUM teams delivering digital platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise applications Strong background in backend and frontend development workflows (working knowledge, not coding required) Hands-on experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS integrations (APIs, CI/CD pipelines, identity management) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills with a data-driven decision-making approach Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) Understanding security, compliance, and enterprise integration requirements Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into business value Experience with media technologies or digital experience platforms is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, managing multiple priorities and changing business needs
