Job Overview

We are seeking a solution-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between stakeholders, design teams, and technical teams. The role involves discovering business needs, defining scope, documenting requirements, and creating clear deliverables such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. The Business Analyst will ensure requirements are well understood, accurately documented, and effectively communicated to enable successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Discovery & Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to uncover business challenges and opportunities.

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to define clear requirements.

• Translate business needs into structured user stories and detailed documentation.

• Solution Scope & Feature Definition

• Define and prioritize solution features based on business value and feasibility.

• Prepare scope documents that outline solution boundaries and objectives.

• Documentation & Visualization

• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

• Use wireframes, UML, and process flows to illustrate and validate requirements.

• Ensure requirements are properly versioned and traceable.

• Workflow & Change Impact Analysis

• Map workflows and system interactions to support solution clarity.

• Assess and document impacts of change requests on requirements and business goals.

• Requirement Validation Support

• Review requirements for completeness, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

• Assist stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and confirming that the solution meets business needs.
