Job Description

About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our team at Designoweb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients, business objectives, and the technical team — ensuring seamless communication, understanding of requirements, and delivery of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Conduct market research, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed project documentation — BRD, FRD, user stories, and flow diagrams.
Participate in client meetings, demos, and sprint reviews to track progress and ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and convert insights into actionable plans.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
