Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare user stories, workflows, wireframes, and detailed requirement specifications.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring expectations are consistently met.
• Manage project boards (Trello) for task tracking, prioritization, and timely updates.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and blockers.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions acting as a Scrum Master when needed.
• Coordinate across development, QA, and design teams to align on deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain end-to-end project documentation and support QA/testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  both Business Analysis and Project Management roles

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Trello boards

  for project tracking.
• Solid understanding of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and sprint lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Travel projects preferred exposure to

  travel-tech

  is a plus.
