Business Analyst / Configuration Specialist

As a dynamic and skilled professional, your role will involve configuring and/or conducting business analysis for large-scale Pricing, CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CPQ, or ERP implementations. You will need to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, configure enterprise solutions, and translate customer needs into functional specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in providing best practices for CRM, CPQ, Pricing, and ERP processes, ensuring solutions meet business needs, and supporting integration activities involving web services and data interchange formats. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for CRM, CPQ, or ERP implementations. - Configure and/or guide the configuration of large-scale enterprise solutions. - Perform detailed business analysis to translate customer requirements into functional specifications. - Provide expertise and best practices for CRM, CPQ, Pricing, and ERP processes. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. - Support integration activities involving web services and manage data interchange formats. Required Skills And Experience: - Proven experience in configuring or analyzing business needs for large-scale Pricing, CRM, CPQ, or ERP implementations. - Strong customer focus with excellent teamwork, integrity, and relationship-building abilities. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Expertise in technical areas such as SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL, web development, programming languages, web services and interfaces, XML, and JSON.
