Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will gather and document business requirements, analyze workflows, and run SCRUM meetings to deliver effective solutions.

It is mandatory that you have worked as Business Analyst or Scrum Master for Web and Mobile Application development Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct process mapping and identify areas for improvement.
• Create wireframes, use-case diagrams, and process flows.
• Run SCRUM meetings with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and efficiency improvements.

Technical Experience :

• Experience as Business Analyst or/and Scrum Master for Web and Mobile Application development Projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts so as to talk to clients and developers.
• Awareness of AI-driven solutions and automation is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new tools.
• Education: BTech / BE / MTech / MCA / MBA with 15 years of full-time education.
