About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, with a strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud-based systems, and enterprise IT environments.

The BA will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and clients—to define requirements, improve product functionality, and ensure smooth delivery of SaaS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SaaS and IT service projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions to understand pain points and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient SaaS solutions.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for agile product development.
• Support product and project managers in backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear and actionable documentation.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,862.66 - ₹49,994.45 per month
