As a Business Analyst specializing in Odoo ERP solutions, you will play a crucial role in analyzing clients" business operations, workflows, and requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to map and configure their processes within Odoo's solutions, ensuring a precise fit to their specific needs. You will draft detailed proposals for clients, outlining recommended Odoo features, project scope, timelines, and commercial terms. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering compelling demonstrations of Odoo's functionalities to address and resolve clients" unique business challenges effectively. Throughout the Odoo implementation process, you will accompany clients from initial system configuration and data migration to user training and successful go-live. Your role will involve providing comprehensive individual and group training sessions to empower clients in efficiently utilizing Odoo. Collaboration with client implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-User Training will be essential. Acting as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and project managers, your communication skills will ensure clear alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Your background should include a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry. Specifically, you should have 2+ years of relevant experience with Odoo ERP, preferably with the latest versions. Additionally, you should demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience working with any ERP software, with a strong preference for Odoo ERP expertise. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business processes into system requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences and influencing stakeholders. You should have proven experience in managing client expectations and building strong client relationships. Desirable qualifications include familiarity with specific Odoo modules, customization capabilities, basic understanding of Python or XML for Odoo development, and experience with data migration strategies for ERP systems. Relevant certifications such as Odoo Certified or Business Analysis will be advantageous.
