Business Analyst – BPM Delivery

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 24 years of experience who has strong knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) and practical exposure to BPM tools (likes of OmniFlow, OpenText, Laserfiche, Newgen will be considered a strong advantage).This role is critical in driving AP process automation, optimizing workflows, and supporting the companys digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. BPM & Workflow Automation

Design, implement, and manage BPM workflows and document management solutions.Experience with BPM tools such as Laserfiche, OmniFlow, OpenText, and Newgen is a plus.Digitize and automate Accounts Payable operations using BPM platforms.

2. Accounts Payable Process Optimization

Analyse existing AP processes and identify automation or improvement opportunities.Recommend solutions to enhance accuracy, speed, and compliance.

3. Digital Transformation Projects

Support automation initiatives using ERP (SAP preferred), BPM tools, and Laserfiche.Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment phases.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

Track AP and workflow performance metrics.Prepare reports that support operational and management decisions.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.Provide functional inputs and ensure smooth implementation.

6. Change Management & Training

Assist in user onboarding, training sessions, and adoption of new systems.Support documentation of new processes.

7. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all AP and BPM-related processes comply with internal and regulatory standards.Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Management Studies, Business, Finance, or related field.2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Hands-on exposure to Laserfiche (workflow automation/document management).Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes.Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BPM tools.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or BPM tools.Experience working in automation or financial software environments.Knowledge of compliance and risk factors in finance workflows.
