Role Overview: As a Business Analyst in our Business Excellence team, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and internal/external stakeholders to understand their requirements and design practical solutions to improve revenue growth and cost efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing business processes, supporting product development, enhancing systems and workflows, and utilizing data and analytics to drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client and internal/external stakeholder requirements through discussions and research. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Support product development by gathering and documenting requirements. - Work closely with internal teams to enhance systems and workflows. - Use data and analytics to back decision-making and problem-solving. - Create clear reports, documentation, and presentations to share insights and solutions. - Help translate customer/stakeholder pain points into actionable business or system changes. Qualification Required: - Strong Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and evaluate multiple solutions. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in root cause analysis, trend analysis, and drawing actionable insights from data. - Data Analysis Proficiency: Comfortable working with data using tools. - Business Process Modeling: Skilled in mapping current and future state processes. - Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in process analysis, data review, and documentation. - Effective Requirement Gathering: Proficient in conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand and capture business needs. - Clear Documentation & Reporting: Able to produce high-quality BRDs, use cases, user stories, and process documentation. - Stakeholder Management: Adept at engaging with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership to manage expectations and drive alignment. - Client Interaction Skills: Comfortable communicating with external clients and internal stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.,
