Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring smooth project execution through effective documentation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (System Requirement Specification), and other documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and act as a liaison between business and development teams.
• Use tools like JIRA, Confluence for project tracking, backlog management, and collaboration.
• Conduct market research, workflow analysis, and process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by monitoring progress and resolving bottlenecks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/SRS), and workflow analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
