About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, workflows, and challenges.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for the product team.
Collaborate with development, QA, and implementation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Manage product configuration and oversee execution during implementation.
Document use cases, process flows, and BRDs (Business Requirement Documents).
Analyze data and feedback to suggest enhancements and new feature ideas.
Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams for issue resolution and support.

Key Skills:

Proven experience working on an HRMS product (mandatory).
Strong understanding of HR functions like payroll, attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and client handling skills.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Excel, and presentation tools.
Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
