Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to drive PAN-India business acquisition and growth of asset products (e.g., Home Loans, LAP, etc.). • Formulate and implement sales plans and strategies at the channel level to achieve business targets. • Regularly engage with Feet-on-Street (FOS) personnel, Branch Managers, and zonal leaders to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and scale business. • Launch and manage channel campaigns in coordination with marketing and digital teams to increase lead conversion and customer engagement. • Facilitate ongoing training sessions for sales teams to ensure product awareness, efficiency, and process alignment. • Work closely with internal teams to initiate and support new product lines and enhance penetration of existing offerings. • Evaluate and benchmark industry best practices and drive innovation and improvements across the product lifecycle. • Analyse business trends, lead tracking, and manage end-to-end execution of promotional contests and performance-based initiatives. • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Acquisition teams to improve conversion funnels and campaign effectiveness across digital and connector channels. • Extract and utilize PA/PQ base to create cross-sell opportunities and develop tailored asset product strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

. Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.

• 58 years of relevant experience in asset product management, channel development, or sales strategy, preferably in the BFSI or housing finance sector.

• Strong understanding of asset products, channel ecosystems, and sales dynamics.

• Proven ability in relationship management and cross-functional coordination.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail with ability to identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies.

• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, project planning, and campaign management.
