Business Analyst

As a Solution Implementation Specialist, your role involves understanding customers' business needs and providing effective solutions. You will be required to analyze the existing ecosystem of the Customer and devise optimal processes to integrate with their systems. Your consultative approach will involve suggesting industry best practices for implementing solutions and defining Project Charters with customers to ensure timely execution. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a key point of contact for all customer discussions and escalations. - Demonstrate proficient documentation skills by writing and reviewing BRDs, FSDs, and SRS. - Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create design specs and develop visual and interaction designs. - Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer service delivery. - Provide feedback to the product development team and participate in post-implementation reviews. - Engage with the technical team to conduct functional testing and support regression testing and UAT. - Contribute to group-level initiatives, define product roadmaps, and drive process improvements. - Monitor team progress and project health in the Project Management tool, taking corrective measures to mitigate risks effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (CS/IT/EC). - Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing software products. - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - Strong documentation and presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed. - Understanding of SaaS applications' unique features and challenges. - Knowledge of CRM implementation is advantageous. - Emphasis on timely project execution and quality delivery with a process-oriented approach.
