Major Action And Support Actions

  • Defines detailed requirements and analyzes business needs.
  • Collaborates in requirements-to-design efforts by working with web designers to bring user flows, wireframes, and prototypes back to the business to support their needs.
  • Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, recommends alternative solutions, and prioritizes deliverables.
  • Serves as subject matter expert associated with processes and procedures, and develops high-level implementation plans.
  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering digital capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Helps to keep initiatives moving forward smoothly and in accordance with project plans.
  • Participates in multiple key initiatives simultaneously.
  • Conducts user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Creates and maintains detailed documentation, including process flows, system requirements, and training materials.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with project delivery and business processes. Analyzes and interprets data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve processes and solutions. Assists in the development of business cases to justify investments in new digital solutions.

Experience ( Career Level Guide)

  • 7+ years of experience (i.e. 5+ years of related experience & 2+ years of experience in agile methodology)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to maintain application documentation
  • Strong planning and reporting skills
  • Solid understanding of systems development and project delivery life cycle
  • Financial industry or insurance experience
  • Proficient with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office
