Major Action And Support Actions
- Defines detailed requirements and analyzes business needs.
- Collaborates in requirements-to-design efforts by working with web designers to bring user flows, wireframes, and prototypes back to the business to support their needs.
- Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, recommends alternative solutions, and prioritizes deliverables.
- Serves as subject matter expert associated with processes and procedures, and develops high-level implementation plans.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering digital capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
- Helps to keep initiatives moving forward smoothly and in accordance with project plans.
- Participates in multiple key initiatives simultaneously.

Experience ( Career Level Guide)
- 7+ years of experience (i.e. 5+ years of related experience & 2+ years of experience in agile methodology)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to maintain application documentation
- Strong planning and reporting skills
- Solid understanding of systems development and project delivery life cycle
- Financial industry or insurance experience
- Proficient with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office
