About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated student intern for a Business Analyst role. About the Internship:

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work on projects involving requirement gathering, process optimization, and solution design. You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple mini-projects across various departments of the company. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to business analysis in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the internship, you will work through a structured set of assignments designed to enhance your understanding of business analysis methodologies and applications. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Develop and maintain requirement documentation

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Map and analyse current business processes
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in process redesign initiatives

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse business data to identify trends and patterns
• Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support data-driven decision making

Solution Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions
• Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance
• Support change management and training activities
• Monitor solution implementation and gather feedback

Capstone Project

• Complete an end-to-end business analysis project including: Problem identification, Requirements gathering, Solution design, Implementation planning, and ROI assessment
