Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, sales teams, and technical teams—ensuring business requirements are understood, solutions are well-defined, and client satisfaction is achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, pain points, and objectives.

· Conduct requirement gathering sessions and create high-level solution proposals.

· Prepare business presentations, functional demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concepts.

· Translate business requirements into functional specifications for solution design.

· Support sales team in client meetings by providing domain and product expertise.

· Assist in defining scope, estimations, and timelines in collaboration with delivery teams.

Post-Sales Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams during solution implementation.

· Gather detailed requirements and create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.

· Work with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure client requirements are accurately implemented.

· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with clients and gather feedback.

· Provide training, product walkthroughs, and onboarding support to clients.

· Monitor solution adoption, resolve post-implementation queries, and ensure client satisfaction.

· Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and process improvements.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
