Job Description

As a business analyst joining the project team, you will work closely with other analysts under the direct supervision of the project manager. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and some user acceptance testing. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical individuals. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate existing business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement effective solutions. - Lead continuous reviews of business processes and develop strategies for optimization. - Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to streamline systems. - Conduct meetings and presentations to convey ideas and findings. - Perform thorough requirements analysis and communicate results clearly. - Share insights and plans with cross-functional teams and management effectively. - Gather crucial information from stakeholder meetings and generate insightful reports. - Collaborate with clients, technicians, and managers closely. - Provide guidance, coaching, and training to junior staff. - Allocate resources efficiently while ensuring cost-effectiveness. - Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements. - Conduct user acceptance testing and manage projects efficiently. - Develop, implement, and update procedures as needed. - Prioritize initiatives based on business requirements. - Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users. - Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an MBA. - Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field. - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities. - Proficiency in influencing stakeholders and collaborating on acceptable solutions. - Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation capabilities. - Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations. - Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Demonstrated track record of commitment and follow-through. - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. - Experience in leading and nurturing high-performing teams. - History of successfully leading and supporting projects. *Note: Only male candidates and freshers are eligible to apply for this position.* *Job Type:* Full-time *Schedule:* Day shift *Work Location:* In person (Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu) *Education:* Diploma (Preferred),
