Job Description

Track and maintain Build Readiness Report (Demand, PR/PO Release, Fixture/Equipment ETA etc.

Track and maintain BOM readiness Report via Tableau (BOM errors, BOM Maturity, High/Medium Risk Items, Pending ECRs etc.)

Inventory report in Asset Tracker, RFID system

Weekly program status report

Manage Spend Database and the Power Bi Reports

Conduct E Auctions, prepare RFQs for timely market testing, prepare award scenarios

Use RFQ templates provided and make sure suppliers are giving the cost breakup per the template

Supplier Scorecards , Setting up QBR,
