Business Analyst

Role Description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with prior experience in IT or software services. Your role will focus on understanding client requirements, documenting functional and technical specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions. This is a client-facing role that demands analytical thinking, clear communication, and hands-on experience with Agile projects and documentation tools. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to transform business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and flow diagrams
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams
• Document technical and non-technical specifications clearly
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups (Agile/Scrum)
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients
• Conduct competitor or market research as required

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in English.
• Must be familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Email marketing experience is plus
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-tech stakeholders
• Proficiency in documentation and requirement gathering
• Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Basic knowledge of APIs, UI/UX, or databases is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
