Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience, a strong grasp of business processes, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable proposals. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the analysis and documentation of business requirements, contributing to the successful execution of projects, and ensuring effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities: ▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements (BRD) and functional requirements (FRD).

▪ Develop comprehensive business process documentation, highlighting process flows, key stakeholders, and potential improvements.

▪ Create well-structured proposals that address client needs, aligning with their objectives and showcasing our capabilities.

▪ Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

▪ Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications (VML). Wire framing, Dia gram flow charts

▪ Contribute to project planning, scoping, and execution, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with client expectations.

▪ Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business process analysis and client management.

Qualifications and Skills:

▪ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

▪ 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.

▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

▪ Strong knowledge of business process documentation, BRD, FRD, and proposal creation.

▪ Ability to effectively manage client relationships and ensure their needs are addressed.

▪ Experience with Visual Modeling Language (VML) and other process modeling tools. ▪ Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities

▪ Proven track record of successful project contributions and meeting project milestones.

▪ Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
