You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop detailed business requirements and user stories. - Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements. - Create process flow diagrams and business process models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Scrum. - Strong understanding of business process modeling. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
