You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead requirements gathering sessions. Conduct gap analysis and document findings. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA. Strong understanding of business process analysis. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Experience in conducting impact analysis. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
