Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. A typical day may include assessing the current state of business operations, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve organizational efficiency. Your role will require collaboration with various teams to ensure that business models are effectively integrated with technology, ultimately driving positive outcomes for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Should have influencing and advisory skills.
  • Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance business processes.
    Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Property and Casualty Insurance.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
