Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analysis professional with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bhuvaneswar. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis and Subskill-Ariba.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Develop and present reports to senior management on business performance and recommendations.
Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree in any field.
Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles and practices.
Experience working with Ariba or similar tools is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
