Business analysis associate

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Business analysis. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various departments such as Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to develop business requirements, procedures, and processes. Working alongside Business Architects, you will create and deliver innovative solutions for complex business challenges while applying change management strategies to enhance operating models and optimize operational processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement projects for the CDD, LDD, and Workflow Transformation Product Development Management group using standard Agile project delivery methodologies. - Conduct data analysis, data collection, and synthesis to optimize project reporting. - Collaborate with other Product Delivery Teams to manage dependencies across applications. - Proactively communicate global and local business requirements/priorities and project status to key stakeholders. - Apply change management approaches and methodologies to promote change to operating models. - Work with the central Release Management team to deliver projects according to release timelines and support technology with production releases. **Qualifications Required:** - 5 years+ experience in a business analysis role in the banking/financial industry and Team Management experience. - Experience modeling business processes using tools like UML and Data modeling. - Proficiency in working in an agile delivery model and writing User Stories. - Ability to act as a liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and decision modeling tools like Signavio - DMN.,
